How it Happens

What is the Complete Party? It is an action packed, entertainment bonanza complete with: bombastic balloon art, fabulous face-painting and active party games. The minimum booking duration for the Complete Party is 90 minutes and that includes 2 of Bazinga Parties awesome entertainers and is suitable for up to 12 children.

When the big day rolls around your entertainers will arrive 10 minutes prior to your party start time to meet the Birthday child and discuss with the host how the party will run. In general we start with 60 minutes of balloon art and face-painting simultaneously and end with 30 minutes of active party games which include all the classics like; tug of war, musical statues, limbo, dodgeball, pass the parcel, musical bumps and a sack race. Two of our entertainers can ensure that up to 12 children receive a balloon, face-paint and take part in the party games, if you have more then 12 children at your party please extend the time by 30 minutes for every 5 additional children. Alternatively you can also hire an additional entertainer.

Please note: At Bazinga NYC, we strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone can join in and have fun. While we do our best to get all children involved in the activities, we understand that some may not want to participate in certain games or activities.

What to Expect

Everything you need to throw the perfect kids party. Here’s exactly how it works from booking to the final goodbye.

  1. Book the Package Online

    Select the Complete Party in the booking form, choose your date and time, pick your payment type (invoice or card). We will check the details and send you a booking confirmation.

  2. We Arrive 10 Minutes Early

    Your entertainers arrive 10 minutes ahead of schedule to set up the music and equipment, say hello to the birthday child, and run through the entertainment plan with you.

  3. Let the Party Begin

    We generally start with 45 minutes of balloon art and face-painting simultaneously followed by our active kids party games run by both of the entertainers.

  4. We Pack Up and Go

    We pack up, clean up and leave the venue exactly as we found it. No mess, no fuss. Just a party full of happy kids and relaxed parents.

Games Program: Our Complete party includes all the classic kids’ games — musical statues, limbo, pass-the-parcel, parachute games, red light/green light, tug of war, sack races, egg and spoon relay and tail tag. On the day, your entertainers will pick the right mix based on the age group and the space available.

The Complete Party runs for a set 90 minutes and can’t be extended on its own. If you’d like more time for cake, songs and a longer run, we’ve got two upgraded packages — the Super Complete Party and the Epic Complete Party — which both add 30 extra minutes to the session.
